This is legitimately so useful its surprising that there arent more commercially available products similar to this. At the moment I currently have two of these for two 20 gallon tall aquariums and one for a 20 long. Great if you want an easy way to immediately decorate a tank or convert it between aquarium vs terrarium quickly. Features a small plastic pipe through the center which comes out through the top where it feeds into two streams and then eventually into the main pool located at the base of the foam insert. Adding a small water pump at the base of this and feeding a small amount of tubing through the pipe in the center is probably the easiest, quickest, and most convenient way of adding a fairly complex water feature in less than a few minutes. There are a handful of places lined with water resistant material which can be sort of tough to cut through if youre looking to make any alterations such as expanding the base pool. Individual parts and pieces are also extremely useful in other builds as well, and I have chopped up an entire one of these to use in a handful of different setups. That all being said there are a lot of limits on what animals you can actually use this for. Ive found that springtails can absolutely thrive in these types of setups in case youre going bioactive. Ive personally had a lot of success with things like firebelly toads and young california red sided garter snakes. Id wager that things that are comfortable in 18 tall setups wouldnt be too bothered by a 16 tall setup as well.

Please keep these price, I personally believe 55.99 is a little too highly for a foam back ground overall great product.
